Gogo Master Technician and Installer Course

Quality installations enable a positive customer experience and better customer relationships. Gogo’s Master Technician and Installer Course immerses installers and technicians in Gogo Business Aviation’s latest systems and equipment, providing foundational training in Inflight Connectivity networks and services, radio systems, and cabin networking; and in-depth, hands-on training to correctly and competently install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Gogo Inflight Connectivity and Entertainment solutions.

This efficient and effective learning program blends two hours of prerequisite foundational eLearning with hands-on classroom experience. Training is available bi-monthly at our facility in Broomfield, Colorado or may be scheduled onsite at the installation facility. This course is recommended for all dealers and OEMs and is also available to flight department personnel.

Whether participating in our Broomfield, CO facility or at your location, each attendee is required to bring a laptop or tablet. Class size in Broomfield is limited to 15 participants. Training in Broomfield is four days in length and costs $2,100 per student; breakfast and lunch are provided. Airfare, lodging, and other meals are not provided by Gogo.

To schedule your training in Broomfield, complete the form below. You will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment, and official course related e-mails will be sent two weeks before the training start date, including an invoice for payment. The primary means of payment is through a Purchase Order; however, arrangements can be made to pay using a credit card.

Any cancellation made seven (7) days or less prior to class start date will be charged a $500 cancellation fee (or forfeiture of SmartShield training voucher).
