Important notes about this subscription ("Plan"):

  • This Plan is non-refundable.
  • Your payment card will automatically be charged each month on your renewal date, which is the same day of the month that you first subscribed. Renewals will be at the then-current price, subject to Gogo’s Terms of Use. Your subscription will terminate after twenty-four (24) months.
  • You may cancel your Plan by contacting Gogo Customer Care (1.877.350.0038 or customercare@gogoair.com) at any time. If you wish to cancel your Plan and avoid a charge for the next month, you must do so at least two (2) days before the monthly renewal date. If you do not cancel at least two (2) days before your monthly renewal date, but you do cancel before your monthly renewal date, contact Gogo for a refund. If you cancel after your renewal date, you may be charged for that month and your cancellation will then be effective the following month. You may use your Plan until your cancellation is effective.
  • Gogo will not send you a monthly or annual statement. Receipts for recurring charges can be viewed and printed from 'My Account' at gogoair.com. If you revoke authorization to charge your payment card, or if for any reason your payment card issuer does not submit payment, Gogo will cancel your Plan.
  • Gogo expects that users of this Plan on Air Canada air-to-ground equipped aircraft will typically experience download speeds of 250 Kbps-3 Mbps for the first 100 MB downloaded within an hour and upload speeds of 100-300 Kbps for the first 25 MB uploaded within an hour. After the first 100 MB downloaded within an hour, Gogo expects that these users will typically experience download speeds of 200-400 Kbps for the remainder of the hour; after the first 25 MB uploaded within an hour, Gogo expects that these users will typically experience upload speeds of 100-200 Kbps for the remainder of the hour. We expect that these users will typically experience latency of 200-600 ms.
  • Gogo expects that users of this Plan on Air Canada Rouge satellite-equipped aircraft will typically experience download speeds of 250 Kbps-3 Mbps for the first 150 MB downloaded within an hour and upload speeds of 100-400 Kbps for the first 50 MB uploaded within an hour. After the first 150 MB downloaded within an hour, Gogo expects that these users will typically experience download speeds of 200-400 Kbps for the remainder of the hour, and after the first 50 MB uploaded within an hour, Gogo expects that these users will typically experience upload speeds of 100-200 Kbps for the remainder of the hour. We expect that these users will typically experience latency of 600-1000 ms.
  • Given the aircraft’s limited available bandwidth, Gogo manages its network to ensure the best performance for the most users. For example, certain applications requiring high bandwidth may not work consistently or at all. Because of capacity limitations, users of this Plan may experience slower transmission speeds after downloading or uploading high levels of MB within an hour. For more information on how Gogo manages its network, see Gogo’s Terms of Use. Air Canada may have policies that restrict some uses.
  • Service for this plan is available above 10,000 feet within Gogo's domestic network coverage area (principally the continental US and portions of Alaska and Canada), and may be interrupted if the aircraft flies outside this area. If/when the aircraft returns to the service area, you can sign back into your session without making another purchase.
  • Once you sign in on an eligible flight, you can sign out and sign back in without purchasing another pass. You can use the service on future eligible Air Canada Gogo equipped flights simply by signing into your account. However, you cannot access more than one device simultaneously. All policies regarding the use of electronic devices inflight apply.
  • Access Gogo customer care via eChat live messaging 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week inflight or on the ground at www.gogoair.com.
