UCS Software Update 4.9

Thank you for being a valued Gogo customer. UCS software version 4.9 is now available. Before you proceed with the upgrade, please review the following criteria to determine your upgrade eligibility:

• Vision customers with Non-Cobham/Thrane SBB:
  • Please do not fill out this form or upgrade to UCS 4.9 If you have any questions, please contact Gogo Customer Support using the info below.
• Non-Vision customers with Non-Cobham/Thrane SBB:
  • You must follow the Technical Bulletin that will be provided in the upgrade kit. If you do not follow the Technical Bulletin, your UCS 4.9 upgrade will not work.

Your upgrade can be completed by an authorized dealer or you can manage the upgrade yourself if you have in-house expertise. UCS 4.9 features several improvements to benefit passengers and crew including improvements to Gogo Vision, moving maps and more. To request an upgrade kit, please fill out the form below.
