Gogo Cloudport request

We're excited to help you turn your hangar into a Gogo hotspot. Once you have installed a Gogo Cloudport, you can start to enjoy over-the-air (OTA) to update your AVANCE system software, manage your MIX configuration, monitor the health of your LRU, and update your Vision content.

A Gogo Cloudport is available to install at your hangar and may be acquired from Gogo via ONE of the following ways:

1. Purchase a Cloudport for OTA updates at a one-time $1,500 fee (Gogo will bill you upon shipping).
2. A Cloudport is included in a Vision+ or Vision 360 subscription (USB Opt-in option below).
3. A Cloudport is included in a SmartShield subscription.

Additional requirements:

• You hangar your aircraft.
• There is a location in your hangar that has both power and an ethernet port (internet) for your Cloudport unit.
• Your hangar has open guest access to the internet.

How to get started:
Simply fill in the registration form below to request a Gogo Cloudport. Your Cloudport will be shipped directly to you along with installation instructions (you can also ask a Gogo authorized dealer to install it for you). By completing the form and accepting the terms, you acknowledge that you are eligible for Gogo Cloudport and meet the necessary requirements to be able to use Cloudport in your hangar.
