Chris Moore is CEO of Gogo, steering the company’s strategic direction and fostering innovation while identifying new commercial opportunities to enhance business growth. He brings over 20 years of experience in the global telecommunications and IT industries, and his leadership skills have been key in developing commercial solutions and strategic partnerships.

Prior to becoming Gogo’s CEO, Chris was the President of Satcom Direct, which experienced significant growth and international market expansion during his tenure. Chris was the COO of Satcom from 2017 to 2019, and in 2024, he negotiated the sale of Satcom to Gogo. Earlier in his career, he was the VP of Sales at Horizon Mobile and Head of Global Sales at Inmarsat PLC, where he gained significant experience in the aeronautical, maritime, land and government markets.

Chris holds an International Business Degree from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.

Zachary Cotner is Gogo’s CFO, overseeing global accounting, internal audit, treasury and fiscal management for the Company. He joined Gogo in 2024 as part of the Satcom Direct transaction, having previously served as Satcom’s CFO, leading the Company’s financial transformation, optimizing the capital structure and divesting underperforming assets to position the Company for sale to Gogo.

Zachary brings more than 20 years of financial experience to Gogo. As VP of Corporate Development at Erickson Inc., he led that company’s Chapter 11 reorganization, renegotiated its lease portfolio and credit facility, and managed significant M&A activity, strategic planning and investor relations.

Zachary holds a BBA in Finance degree from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.

Crystal Gordon is EVP, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary for Gogo. She joined Gogo from Bristow Group Inc., the leading global provider of innovative and sustainable vertical flight solutions, where she served as SVP, General Counsel and Head of Government Affairs and Corporate Secretary from 2020 to 2022. She previously served as SVP, General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer at Era Group, Inc., where she was instrumental in Era’s merger with Bristow.

From 2011 through 2018, Crystal served as the EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Air Methods Corporation, an emergency air medical company operating over 400 aircraft. Prior to joining Air Methods, she practiced corporate and securities law at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in Denver.

Crystal holds a B.S. in Biology from Santa Clara University and a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Michael Skov Christensen is CRO for Gogo’s Business and Government Aviation divisions, where he leads global commercial strategy and execution across sales, marketing and customer relationships.

Prior to joining Gogo, Michael held senior leadership positions at Satcom Direct, where he spent over 11 years shaping the Company's global strategy and working closely with teams across sales, marketing and product development. His work was pivotal in driving the Company's growth, enhancing its market presence and fostering key partnerships worldwide.

Jeffrey Keller is the CIO at Gogo, where he leads the Global Networks & Infrastructure and Information Technology teams following the Company’s acquisition of Satcom Direct. Jeff oversees Gogo’s connectivity infrastructure for business and government aviation, leading the development and operation of reliable, high-capacity networks for aviation customers.

Jeff brings more than a decade of network engineering and infrastructure leadership to Gogo, having spent 11 years at Satcom Direct prior to its acquisition by Gogo. He advanced through senior leadership roles to become SVP of Network Services and Engineering, where he led modernization of the Company’s global infrastructure and oversaw network operations for aviation and government customers.

Colin Quarless is EVP of Strategy and Corporate Development at Gogo, where he shapes the Company’s long-term strategy, identifies growth opportunities and leads M&A initiatives. He brings a wealth of experience in corporate development, business strategy and product management, overseeing initiatives that drive growth and enhance market positioning within the business aviation sector.

Colin previously spent 12 years in senior roles at Satcom Direct and Thales. At Satcom Direct, he led cross-functional teams and developed company-wide commercial strategies that drove growth across the business aviation and satellite communications markets.

Hayden Olson is EVP of Corporate Development at Gogo, where he leads strategic initiatives for the company. He has deep expertise in business development, pricing, finance, and strategy, along with a track record of building high-performing teams and launching or turning around business units.

Prior to Gogo, Hayden held leadership roles in Aerospace and Defense at Erickson Incorporated and DynCorp International, and founded a strategy consulting firm. His career spans medium to large matrixed organizations and international operations, with experience reorganizing underperforming teams, negotiating strategic partnerships and securing government contract awards.

Joanne Walker is EVP of Operations at Gogo, where she oversees Manufacturing, Materials Management, Supply Chain, and the global Technical and Field Support teams.

She comes to Gogo after prior executive roles at Satcom Direct, Honeywell Aerospace and EMS Technologies. She has over 30 years of experience managing global teams and delivering results through increased profitability and efficiencies by transforming company cultures to focus on quality and continuous improvement.

She holds an MBA from Athabasca University, is a Six Sigma Green Belt and is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

Jeremy Tyler is EVP, Engineering & Product Development at Gogo, where he leads the software engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, RF design and simulation, and aircraft certification teams. He has a proven track record of success developing solutions and building teams to meet the rigorous demands of aviation environments.

Before joining Gogo in 2012, Jeremy developed rugged military and aerospace equipment at VT Miltope and designed large telecommunications systems at Lucent Technologies and Avaya. His combined telecom and aerospace background drives a pragmatic, innovation-focused approach across Gogo’s engineering teams.
