Gogo Appoints FLEX as new Authorized Dealer in Brazil

Jundiaí, Brazil – FLEX, a family-owned company with over four generations and roughly 100 years of experience in the aviation business, has been appointed as a new Authorized Dealer for Gogo (NASDAQ: GOGO), the only multi-orbit, multi-band connectivity provider dedicated to business aviation. Under the new agreement, FLEX—the largest private-owned executive MRO in Latin America, completing over 2,000 service orders per year—will be the latest dealer to join Gogo’s expanding global dealer network.
FLEX will promote and deliver Gogo products and services in Brazil and the wider Latin American region, to expand customer access to the Gogo suite of purpose-built for business aviation connectivity solutions and added-value services.
FLEX will leverage its extensive infrastructure and experience to strengthen the Gogo footprint within the region by introducing the full range of Gogo connectivity hardware, software and services. Operating out of almost 10 hangars dedicated to MRO spread across 3 different locations in Brazil, FLEX brings unmatched capacity to the network. Furthermore, FLEX is the only executive MRO in Brazil with a fully integrated SAP system running 100% across its operation, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability for its customers.

To further strengthen the offering, FLEX is also committed to developing supplemental type certificates (STCs) for Gogo equipment across a range of platforms.
