AVANCE Box Exchange Request

It is easy to determine whether your AVANCE LRU is already LTE capable or not, if your serial number ends in an “E” you do not need to take any action. If you need to exchange your unit we will supply an LTE AVANCE replacement at no-cost. For most AVANCE customers, we highly recommend you work with your preferred dealer to replace your AVANCE unit. If you have access to a certified maintenance facility with in-house expertise please complete the form below to request your exchange unit.
