Quality installations enable a positive customer experience and better customer relationships. Gogo’s Product Training series offers multiple options for receiving crucial instruction in best practices for Gogo installations.
Hands-on Gogo Product Training
This course immerses installers and technicians in Gogo's latest systems and equipment, providing foundational training in Inflight Connectivity networks and services, radio systems, and cabin networking. Get in-depth, hands-on training to correctly and competently install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Gogo Inflight Connectivity and Entertainment solutions. This course satisfies the requirements for AVANCE, Gogo 5G, Gogo Galileo, Gogo C1, ST4300, SDR Series, and Plane Simple product installation training. This highly engaging learning program includes an eLearning prerequisite and classroom time focusing on hands-on experience with expert facilitation by our instructors. - Available bi-monthly at Gogo's facility in Broomfield, Colorado or onsite at the installation facility
- Recommended for all dealers and OEMs and is also available to flight department personnel
- Limited to 12 participants per session at the Broomfield location
- Cost is $2,100 per student; lunch is provided
- Airfare, lodging, and other meals are not provided by Gogo
- Each attendee is required to have a laptop or tablet
For delivery at your facility, Gogo Product Training can be adjusted to a minimum of three training days and customized to suit your needs. To discuss and schedule onsite training at your location, contact the training team at training@gogoair.com.
Any cancellation made seven (7) days or less prior to class start date will be charged a $500 cancellation fee (or forfeiture of SmartShield training voucher).
Product-specific eLearning courses
Installing organizations (Dealers and OEMs) are required to complete New Product Installation Training for Gogo Galileo, C1, and 5G solutions to be eligible to take delivery of parts.
If your team is otherwise well-trained, but you need to efficiently get them up-to-speed on installing Gogo’s new products, register individuals (or contact us at training@gogoair.com to enroll multiple learners) in our carefully crafted self-access online courses.
