Master Technician and Installer

Quality installations enable a positive customer experience and better customer relationships. Gogo’s Master Technician and Installer Course immerses installers and technicians in Gogo's latest systems and equipment, providing foundational training in Inflight Connectivity networks and services, radio systems, and cabin networking. Get in-depth, hands-on training to correctly and competently install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Gogo Inflight Connectivity and Entertainment solutions.

This highly engaging learning program focuses on hands-on classroom experience with expert facilitation by our instructors. 

  • Available bi-monthly at Gogo's facility in Broomfield, Colorado or onsite at the installation facility
  • Recommended for all dealers and OEMs and is also available to flight department personnel
  • A laptop or tablet is required by each attendee
  • Limited to 12 participants per session at the Broomfield location
  • Cost is $2,100 per student; lunch is provided
  • Airfare, lodging, and other meals are not provided by Gogo

Onsite MTIC training can be adjusted to a minimum of three training days and customized to suit your needs. To discuss and schedule onsite training at your location, contact the training team at training@gogoair.com.

Any cancellation made seven (7) days or less prior to class start date will be charged a $500 cancellation fee (or forfeiture of SmartShield training voucher).
