A: Our Tech Transformation promotion is available to Classic ATG customers who would like to upgrade to the AVANCE platform. If you own a Classic ATG system, you're eligible for a $25,000 rebate when upgrading to the AVANCE L3 Plus or Max, and a $50,000 rebate when upgrading to the AVANCE L5. You will receive your rebate upon return of the classic ATG system to Gogo, along with system activation and completion of a Subscriber Services Agreement (SSA) on your new L3 or L5 system.
A: Yes. Any customer with an ATG 1000/2000/4000/5000/8000 may take part in this promotion.
Complete the promo request form available online. This can be done by you or one of our many qualified Dealers installing your system.
Once we receive the form, Gogo Sales Operations or a Regional Sales Manager will reach out to confirm your promotion eligibility.
After installation of the AVANCE L3 or L5 system, send back the Classic ATG to Gogo using the RMA labels provided.
You must complete a Subscriber Service Agreement (SSA) to activate service.
Then, you'll be issued a rebate from Gogo in approximately 4-8 weeks after the equipment is received in our system and the SSA has been completed.
A: When a rebate is due, our Accounting team will pay out the rebate based on the information provided in your promo registration form. The payment will then be processed via check. Please allow 4-8 weeks for processing after you’ve met all the qualifications detailed above. If Accounting is unable to process the rebate payment via check, the amount will be credited to the monthly service account for the aircraft that completed the upgrade.
A: No. You must purchase the AVANCE L3 or L5 system and return your aircraft’s current Classic ATG system to participate in the promo and receive your rebate.
A: Yes. As long as you return the currently installed ATG LRU to Gogo and meet the additional requirements of the promotion, you will receive a full rebate.
A: No. The Tech Transformation promotion only applies to L3 Plus and Max.
A: Yes. If you're receiving a multi-aircraft discount, you are still eligible for this promotion. However, customers with a service pricing agreement (fleet program) are not eligible for this promotion. If you have a fleet program, we’d like to create an upgrade plan that best meets your needs; please contact your Gogo Key Account Manager for details.
A: Your account must be in good standing to qualify for the promotion. If your account has a past due balance on your monthly service account, the past due balance must be paid in full before you will qualify for the promotion.

A: No, AVANCE L5 is the first step in preparing for Gogo 5G. Anyone who is interested in equipping their aircraft with 5G connectivity will need to upgrade to an AVANCE L5 system – and add additional hardware once available – in order to utilize the Gogo 5G network. Therefore, now is the time to take advantage of this promotion to get the best deal on an AVANCE L5 system in preparation for 5G.
