Please complete this form to request participation in the New Customer (Ready To Fly) promotion. In order to qualify, the following criteria must be met:
- Aircraft must not currently be equipped with an ATG (ATG 1000/2000/4000/5000/8000) or AVANCE (L3/L5) system.
- If the aircraft has other Gogo services onboard, the aircraft must have a billing account that is current (no past due balance owed).
- Customers must place a purchase order and submit the promo form for AVANCE L3, L5, and LX5 systems before December 31, 2025.
- AVANCE L3 or L5 systems must be installed and activated before December 31, 2025.

*If selecting to provision for AVANCE LX5 (Gogo 5G), AVANCE L5 and MB13 antennas must be purchased, installed, and activated prior to AVANCE LX5 becoming available in order to receive the full $25,000 + $30,000 bonus rebate. MB13 antennas may require an STC to be installed on your aircraft. Please check with your installing MRO to discuss if the MB13 antennas can be installed on your aircraft at this time. To be eligible for the $30,000 rebate, proof of installation is required.
