This promotion is available to new customers who have an aircraft without a Classic ATG (1000/2000/4000/5000/8000) or AVANCE (L3/L5) system installed and is not a new OEM or Production aircraft.
If you do not have a classic ATG or AVANCE system installed but you do have Iridium or SwiftBroadband service through Gogo, your account must not be past due to qualify and only in-service aircraft can qualify.
NOTE: If you own multiple aircraft, some with Gogo systems installed and some without, only your aircraft that does not have a Gogo system installed will qualify for this promotion.
Our New Customer LX5 promotion is for new Gogo customers installing an AVANCE LX5 system on an aircraft with no existing Gogo air-to-ground (ATG) or AVANCE equipment already installed. New customers choosing AVANCE LX5 have two options.
- You can receive a $25,000 rebate on AVANCE LX5 once it’s available - you will receive the rebate after installation and activation.
- You can provision for AVANCE LX5 immediately by installing an AVANCE L5 ($25,000 rebate) and MB13 antennas ($30,000 rebate) prior to 5G entry into service. Then, you will receive an LX5 box swap at no additional charge once available. The LRU swap and 5G service activation must be completed by December 31, 2025.
Our New Customer L5 promotion is for new Gogo customers installing an AVANCE L5 system on an aircraft with no Gogo ATG or AVANCE equipment installed. You will receive a $25,000 rebate from Gogo upon installation, activation, and a completed SSA. Equipment must be shipped, installed, and activated by December 31, 2025.
Our New Customer L3 promotion is for new Gogo customers installing an AVANCE L3 on an aircraft with no Gogo ATG or AVANCE equipment already installed. You will receive a $10,000 rebate from Gogo upon installation and activation with the completion of an SSA. Equipment must be shipped, installed, and activated by December 31, 2025.
Upon activation, please allow 4-8 weeks for processing and receiving your rebate. Sales employees will not be responsible for verifying mailing addresses.
- Place a purchase order and complete the promo request form by December 31, 2025. This can be done by you or the Dealer installing your system.
- The LRU swap and 5G service activation must be completed by December 31, 2025.
- Once we receive the promo form, Gogo Sales Operations or a Regional Sales Manager will reach out to confirm the customer’s promotion eligibility.
- If you are provisioning before 5G entry into service, the AVANCE L5 should be sent to Gogo using the RMA labels provided, after installation of the LX5 system.
- Then, you will be issued a rebate from Gogo upon activation before December 31, 2025, approximately 4-8 weeks after the equipment is received in our system and the SSA has been completed.
- You must complete a Subscriber Service Agreement (SSA) to activate service.
- Complete the promo request form available online prior to December 31, 2025. This can be done by you or the Dealer installing your system.
- Once we receive the promo form, Gogo Sales Operations or a Regional Sales Manager will reach out to confirm the customer’s promotion eligibility.

The New Customer promotion runs through December 31, 2025. If you choose to provision your aircraft for Gogo 5G with AVANCE L5 and MB13 antennas to receive the MB13 $30,000 bonus rebate, this offer expires at the time of 5G entry into service. You must also complete your LRU swap with 5G service activation by December 31, 2025.

No. This promo is only valid for activations that occur after April 24, 2023.
No. In order to qualify for the AVANCE L3 and L5 promotions, you must complete installation and activate your service by December 31st, 2025.
Yes. Customers who install an AVANCE LX5, L5, or L3 on multiple aircraft that currently do not have Gogo ATG equipment installed are eligible for this promotion. Customers with an aircraft that has a Gogo system already installed may qualify for other promotions.
No. Aircraft on a service pricing agreement (fleet program) are not eligible for this program; we'd like to create an upgrade plan that best meets your needs, so please contact your Regional Sales Manager to discuss options.
If you’re purchasing a new pre-owned aircraft that does not have a Gogo system installed, then you qualify for this promotion. If your new pre-owned aircraft has a Gogo Classic ATG (1000/2000/4000/5000/8000) or AVANCE (L3/L5) system installed, then you might qualify for one of our other customer promotions.

Yes! Choosing AVANCE LX5 on this promotion is your direct path to Gogo 5G. If you are ready to equip AVANCE before 5G entry into service, please review the question at the top of the page reading "What is the promotion for AVANCE LX5?"
If you have a past due balance on the aircraft account for any existing Gogo service, the past due balance must be paid in full before you can qualify for the program.
