There is no question, inflight broadband has arrived. Principals and charter customers expect it, and for that reason alone, it has become a necessity. Factor in the operational insight, safety enhancements, and efficiencies realized through connectivity, and if you don’t have an inflight broadband connection, it is probably time to get one.

We are introducing a brand-new product available to our customers worldwide. The Gogo Flexible Financing product is available now and provides a streamlined pathway to upgrade connectivity without stretching budgets to the limit.

As aviators, and experts in the business aviation sector we’ve devised a product that bundles hardware and service into one predictable monthly plan, for a world-class connectivity upgrade with zero upfront investment on the required hardware.

Gogo 5G, Gogo Galileo and Plane Simple products can all be financed in this way and as with our customized connectivity, provides an extensive choice within bundles to maximize the flexibility.

Customers opting for the high-speed benefits of our new Gogo 5G ATG service will receive the AVANCE LX5 LRU and MB13 antennas, plus all applicable installation components. Those selecting our LEO services have the choice of the Gogo Galileo HDX or FDX antenna, while those opting to connect with GEO constellations can choose Viasat’s Jet ConneX or FlexExec from SES connecting with a Plane Simple antenna. Each service is supported by an appropriate Gogo router and customers can expect all applicable installation components to be included.

Sticking to our philosophy of just making connectivity work, we’ve made it as simple as possible to access Gogo Flexible Financing. Customers will inevitably need to pass a credit check, but the only other stipulations are that they must sign up for the approved service plan, and our impressive FlightDeck Freedom trip planning solution.

Gogo Flexible Financing is a 36-month, fixed-term financing program with 0% interest. And because we know things evolve quickly in business aviation connectivity, we wanted to make changing the arrangement as easy as possible, too. So if a customer needs to cancel, they need only pay the remaining financed amount at the time the service is canceled, along with any remaining amount on the service term (in accordance with our standard terms and conditions); there is no penalty fee for early termination. (As financing terms and conditions are not transferable, cancellation also applies if an equipped aircraft is sold.)

Customers who have been approved for Gogo Flexible Financing will schedule their installation directly with a Gogo authorized dealer, letting them know they’ve been approved to participate in the program. Billing begins only when the service is activated, and the initial customer invoice includes the first hardware payment installment.
