Community and belonging

At Gogo, having every employee feel like they have a home here is our priority. We want everyone to feel that they belong. One of the ways that belonging is possible is when everyone feels represented at work, and at all levels of the company.  Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are vital to creating this sense of inclusion and belonging. ERGs are communities of employees who create space to connect on their shared experiences. Gogo is nurturing various ERGs for our employees to deepen that sense of belonging.

Our Diversity and Inclusion champions

Gogo has a Diversity & Inclusion Committee comprised of employees from across our business.  This committee represents the gender, racial and cultural diversity we strive to achieve for all of Gogo. This committee drives the short-term and long-term Diversity & Inclusion priorities for Gogo and is instrumental in guiding our efforts to build a more diverse and inclusive workplace.what we aspire to be for Diversity & Inclusion.
