All new dealers are required to attend a free half-day dealer orientation training session that provides an overview of Gogo systems, parts, and processes. Dealer Orientation Training must take place before your dealership may take possession of Gogo systems parts. *The program consists of under one hour of eLearning prerequisite training and a half-day of virtual classroom training.
Dealer Orientation Training is available at no cost at our Broomfield headquarters or as a live virtual event. This course is also available by request at your site (travel expenses apply). Keep in mind that Gogo Dealer Orientation Training is mandatory for new dealers, and refresher attendance is highly recommended at least once every two years for all dealers. This training requirement can also be fulfilled by taking the Master Technician and Installer Course.
*Additional installer training is required to take delivery of AVANCE and Gogo 5G products and parts. This requirement can be fulfilled two ways: We offer a one-day product installation training session in which technicians learn how to install, configure, and troubleshoot the AVANCE platform of products, including the Gogo 5G hardware. Alternatively, our four-day Master Technician and Installer Course includes the required Dealer Orientation and all required product installation content.
