In addition to a free orientation required for all new dealers, a variety of product-specific training that can be customized to your needs as well as advanced coursework are available for specific audiences.

Mandatory Gogo 5G training

Gogo 5G is coming fast! Installing organizations (Dealers and OEMs) are required to complete 5G New Product Installation Training in order to take delivery of parts. There are two paths to 5G installation training including our new, two-hour eLearning course.

The Master Technician and Installer Course immerses your technical team in Gogo Business Aviation systems and equipment, teaching them to correctly and competently install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Gogo Inflight Connectivity and Entertainment solutions. This training fulfills the dealer requirement for AVANCE and 5G installation training.
